Im about to format a USB flash drive to NTFS. I wonder what I should set Allocation Unit Size to?

From what I have searched, people say keep it default. I have 16GB USB size and I will be using it for movies only. Should I keep it default 4096 or 8192 or what? Some movies can go as far as 5GB, some are way less.

Please advise. Thank you!

It's really more important for large disks. The size needs to be bigger for many TB disks. The downside to a bigger size is that if you store a 1 bit file it takes up 4096B. For something like a movie the bigger size is fine. if you were trying to store a million tiny text files it would matter a lot.
