How do you fill out a pre-printed form ?

Hi,

Depends. It requires that you have a program capable of editing the format
in which the document was created. For examply, if it is a .doc file, you
would edit it in Wordpad or Microsoft Word. A .pdf file (adobe) would
require the full program to edit, not just the freely available reader.
