Question Fornite FPS Drops

For some reason, no matter what different settings I change in this game, I'll be cruising at 162fps (Fps lock via nvdia) to 30 every 3-5 seconds, legitimately unplayable stuttering. Anyone know a work around to this? And before you ask, everything that is possible to be updated is. Is there just a setting that I'm missing?

I've had my power supply a year and about 10 minutes whilst I turn my PC on to load up the game.
