Fortnite FPS struggle

Hello. I want to play fortnite at 60 fps + all the time.First you can see my pc specs:
Cpu:Intel core 2 quad q9500
Gpu: gtx 1050
ram: 8gb dd2 800mhz
Curentlly I play fortnite at 1920x1080p view distance set to epic all other settings are off.With these settings I get 90 fps in smaller areas,but example tilted towers or biger cities with a lot of people i'm getting 40 fps.So I tried playing 720p and 3D res. on 720p but it didn't give me even 1 fps more.WHY? pls help.

Your cpu and ram is bottlenecking your gpu. Your gtx 1050 is a strong gpu and requires at least i5 2500 and ddr3 8gb ram.

Exactly, the performance is affected by your pc. Dropping the resolution won't give more fps, because your system is bottlenecking each other. Like I said, upgrade your cpu to i5 2500, ram to ddr3 8gb but your gpu is already strong.

Could you please build me a pc for 600€.I need a cpu.motherboard,ram,ssd,hdd,new psu...or at least tell me what is the best for this price
