fortnite lag spikes

Hi so i started fortnite about 5months ago and i always had a lag spike than somehow the issue fixed idk how it fixed it self but i didnt get lag spikes than a week later fortnite released the idiotic haloween update and i have lag spikes again that are even worse and every texture and building is not loaded so i have to wait extra minute to load them pls help i have a video of the lag spikes on my phone.the lag spike is like it will freeze on 1 frame for 2 seconds and the fps drops to 1 and than it goes to 30 or 40 than again the frame freezes and i have to wait 1 2 3 4 or 5 seconds to get a new frame with 40fps or 30 so i need to fix this rn
