Fortnite lagging is my pc too weak?

I'm pretty sure my pc should be able to run fortnite epic, why is it lagging... it even lags on low sometimes..

That's a similar system to yours getting about 80FPS average.

What FPS do you get?
Is the lag a stutter?
Latest drivers?

Lag might be network based since it is an online game.

Well I get 60fps but then suddenly it can drop as far to 20 fps.. I've installed all the latest drivers so i'm not sure what's wrong with my pc

Try for a better processor like the AMD RYZEN 5 2400G 3.60 GHz. The recommended fornite is the i5 so you should use an AMD processor with the power of an i5.
