Fortnite not playable on gtx 750??

I have a gtx 750 1gb oc edition and a amd Athlon x4 760k and there is massive frame drops and it freezes every two seconds on low settings and maximum resolution even at the lowest resolution it will still react like this ?[Help]

What is the lowest resolution? That CPU and video card are very old so you'll have to play on 720

I tried running that game once on a 750 Ti and it played terrible. "Lucked out" buying a 1050 Ti for $140(msrp wow!) and the game ran nice & smooth afterwards.
