Respectable
I recommend Ram that is at least 3200mhz when paired with a ryzen build. Acording do user Benchmark You’ll at least get 180fps (not that accurate but you’ll be over 144 so that’s all that matters). You don’t need 200fps with a 144hz monitor but this build will get you over 144.

Suggested changes:

CPU: Downgrade that CPU. Fortnite is GPU intensive, and i don't know why you want to soend so much money on a Fortnite machine, but hey, at least it can do other things. (Suggested CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X)

Memory: Upgrade that memory. If you want the best out of that CPU, you're going to need 3000mhz+. (Suggested memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16)

Storage: Get an M.2 as well as an SSD. (Suggested Storage, this is not necessary but I want fast load times: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 860 Evo 1TB)

GPU: Your current GPU is fine, upgrade it is you still have budget left over from the other changes (In other words do this change last, assuming you even get to here. Not even gonna suggest one cuz its kinds pointless lol)

Power Supply: Run. Run the other way. Rosewill power supplies are great at catching fire and in general being too cheap for their own good. There's a reason it's only $80. (Suggested power supplies: EVGA Supernova 650 G5, Corsair RM650x, or Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB for all the RGB goodness)

So basically, in the order to do things: fix that power supply, upgrade memory, save CPU money, get faster storage, and finally, get a better GPU.
