fortnite quality problem

i have a gaming pc with a gtx 1050, but my screen isn't 1080p but with other games it uses gpu scaling and uses 1080p. I'm trying to play fortnite with this feature, however every time i launch, it automatically puts it in it's settings which is 1366 by 768. Is there a way i can bypass this and use my nvidia 1080p settings?
