Forward ports without admin credentials

I have a TP-link router for which I have to forward ports. But I'm behind admin router and I don't have admin router login password. I am trying to forward ports on my router but I do not have admin credentials. So, I have to double forward ports. And my IP is private. So, is there any other way to forward ports?

If you cannot access the router the packets are going through, then there is no way to do that.

You could try uPnP, but there is a chance it will be disabled on the router. There are programs that can set up uPnP ports for you, but as I said, if it's not enabled on the router it won't work.

You'll need to talk to the person with admin rights on the other router.
