Question Forza 2000 t online

I have a Forza 2000VA online UPS, the problem is that is always making a noise like fans were alaways at 100 %, after Forza sent me a New one the noise is still there and I dont know if that is normal ir something else is happening, Someone told me that UPS's shouldnt do that fan noise always, could you give me some advice please??

We could use some more information. Is it possible to share a video/audio clip of the UPS you're looking at and it's noise? Often times the battery might be at fault or the circuitry. You should also inform our seller/Forza about the issue in case the RMA needs to happen again due to a bad unit(not being replaced and only repaired).

I've had an UPS that had it's battery's ripped out*internally) due to transit manhandling/forces that gave off a strange buzzing noise and the UPS was essentially non responsive.

Fan Noise here is the video, they sent me a New one, and its making the same noise, is this normal ?
