I have been getting insane load times for FH3 since I got it; about 7 minutes on average.
It's on an SSD, I never have anything else running in the background, and all drivers are updated.
I have a 290X. This is a common problem according to forums, and everyone says to roll back drivers to pre- 17.3 versions (this is for RX480).

I can't seem to roll back my drivers, and I don't know why.
Anyone solved this problem for an R9 card?
ANY help is much appreciated as I love this game, but it's ruined by this loading crap.

Solution
When I need to obliterate a driver and go with an earlier driver, I first download the earlier driver, then install and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and restart. After restart you'll be without video drivers and just the crappy stock VGA drivers. Then install your pre-17.3 driver you downloaded.

OK thank you, I'll try that.
Only problem now is, I can't actually find the old drivers.....and I don't know which I'll need for my card, because the forums have only been on the RX480 drivers..
