Question Forza Horizon 4 crashing [and some other games but Forza is the main one] ?

So most the time when i play Forza Horizon 4 my game crashes, blue screens, random restart, or something silular its very often its 99% time when im playing ranked it just does it and i go to event viewer and see Kernal power 41 (63) every single time.. i dont understand my game randomly closed 3 times on rocket league in 2 minutes... ive lost so much mmr on Forza due to crashing its insane, any help will be appreciated. I also have Rammap as suggested but it doesn't do anything, I don't think used it too im also playing on 72 fps not even unlocked.

Verify your files, try reinstalling it, I know its pretty big but its what worked for me.

When playing forza this would happen often but now its unlaying able without capping my frames to 72 and will still do it sometimes its never overheating too i monitor it and this has happended on rocket league too lately and has happended on Warzone in the past too i had A bad psu before i upgraded my pc some like really bad one that broke it might of broke something else but i dont think it was happening till a few months after my new psu and i keep blue screening black screening its really frustraiting
