Found a probelm w/ my external HDD

I discovery that I accidently plug my laptop adaptor into my external HDD dock. I look at the adaptor for my external HDD and it said 12V, but my laptop is 19.5V. Because I tried to plug with another computer and still not working and some time it just have 2 lights on, but it doesn’t want to connect. Also I think the PCB circuit is fried. Where I can buy a new one for cheaper price?
