Hello

I think about getting a new processor for games, but they are very expensive,so I found this one for 90 Euro,do you guys think its worth and is it great for gaming?

CPU - Core i7 2600 (Sandy Bridge Quad-Core 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost

My motherboard is MB, GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2H /Intel H110/ DDR4/ LGA1151

Yeah probably, but I have another problem.

I bought the i7 7700 so I can play without problems No Man's Sky.
Sometime ago, when I was still using my old CPU i3 - 6100,I had a problem with stutering and slow terrain generation
I even made a video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4sGNKlm4BU

People told me it's because my CPU is weak for that game, and the i3 is the bare minimum.

So now I tried again with the new i7,I got no stuttering at all,but the terrain still generate very slow, just like in the video. All this time I though my old CPU was the source of this problem, but now with the new,its the exact same problem. So I wonder what could be the cause of this problem? No other people complain about such a thing?!

Can my HDD be the problem? 1 Year ago when I was building a PC,I decided to keep my old HDD which is 1TB,
I bought this case - CASE, Deepcool TESSERACT BF
See this picture - https://ibb.co/kOdDo7
The lamp (the one in the left, with a padlock) is often blinks in red color, and when It does I can hear from the case some kind of a scratch. This has been happening for a very long time,is it normal? anyone knows? Is there a way to check if everything's alright with my hard disk?
In Performance information and tools -> The subscore of primary hard disk, disk data transfer rate is always 5.9 while all others (processor, memory, graphics) are above 7
