Found this on new egg today

For the money it isn't bad, though building the same thing yourself will easily net you some higher end components (though the performance would be about the same)

Main issue would be the unknown power supply.

Off the shelf Apevia chassis, i5-12400F some cheap CPU cooler, MicroATX motherboard, 32GB DDR4, RTX 4060, 550W Bronze (yikes), and a noname 1TB NVMe SSD. And an OS for $800.

DIY, you can get basically all the same components and spend about $795, or put slightly more into it and get DDR5 and a better PSU. (They have some decent savings on their end with bulk purchases, so their margin still exists)

$830 for the i5-13400 is the better option as well.
