BIOS settings being forgotten but time and date remain correct - is that right? What OS and where is the computer getting its' time and date? This motherboard? https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/foxconn-945g7md-8ks2h Was the replacement CMOS battery fresh and tested in another system? Is the CMOS battery getting drained? Perhaps: Update BIOS (see the link tab). Or possibly a new BIOS chip.
