Foxin G31 Vs Zebronics G31(LGA 775)

My Motherboard just died. I need a new motherboard for my pentium dual core. It is a basic computer. (2gb ram , amd hd 4350 gpu). i need it run for some more months.
Please help me choose from this two motherboards.these cost around $40.
