Question FPS and GPU usage drops

Hello , first of all if i make any mistakes while writing sorry about that. While playing GTA V (actually fiveM) my GPU usage is around %80 normally. But sometimes i dont know why it drops to around %10 and my FPS drops to 10-20 from 80. What should i do ?

UserBenchmarks: Game 49%, Desk 94%, Work 44%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 - 99.1%
GPU: AMD RX 570 - 45.9%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016) - 65.4%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 90.4%
MBD: Asrock B450M Pro4

brand and model of the psu?

upgrade to a ssd

If you have a slideshow set to to change your background at set intervals see if FPS drop coincide with the image change if so turn it off happened to me lol
