[SOLVED] FPS cap on all windowed applications

So as the title says, im sure everyone knows that with somewhat recent windows updates, all windows are capped to your monitors refresh rate. meaning for me to go past 60 fps on a game i have to be in full screen and cannot be full screen window. does anyone know if theres a way to disable this? or if they plan on making this changeable? Thanks for the info!

Actually yes. Some MMO i play requires high FPS to play smooth and do your combos in pvp fluently
