Question FPS Cap since updating drivers?

So since update my 1080ti to the latest drivers, my csgo has been capped to 165 which is my monitors refresh rate, even though i have the new nvidia control panel fps cap set to off.

can anyone help me or is it a case of going back to my old drivers without the new feature.

You don't have any other software that is capping your frame rate? i.e MSI Afterburner? Have you double checked if v-sync has been defaulted to on in the nVidia CP? Regardless though, there is zero benefit to having more fps then your monitor's refresh.
