fps doesn't change from low to high settings

Hi guys i have the problems with new gpu in all games when i changing from low to high settings fps didn't change only more micro lags
My spec i5-6400
1060 6gpu
Psu 620w
Ddr 8gb ram 1slot 1600mhz
All drivers are installed and reinstalled but nothing changes
I try to change to another rams 8gb 2x nothing changes
Maybe someone have same and know how to fix
Before 1060 i have 750ti 2gb and she worked better that 1060now

did you use ddu? to uninstall the drivers? also do you use msi afterburner or anything like that?

Yes i use ddu, now i have afterburner but nothing changes if i didn't have it i yesterday i tryed to reinstall full windows and didnf help me

and you have the cable plugged into the gpu and not the mobo? also you should upgrade to 16gb ram as well

I would rather not have the money now but anyway the computer with such spec should not work
