Hi,
I bought 1660 graphics card last week and my old card was RX 570. But after this upgrade, there was no fps difference and my friends' computers that are lower than my computer can play with higher fps. I leave my system properties below, why do you think it should originate? Instant fps drops occur. I have a HDD with bad sectors in my system. Could this be due to this? Temperature ratings are fine, CPU max 58 60 GPU max 63 65
System features

SSD 1 - JD 512 2000 Read 1500 write 512GB M2 SSD
SSD 2 - JD 120 120 GB 550 read 500 write
HDD - Toshiba 500 GB gives Bad Sector warning 110 MB read 110 MB write write

Ram: XPG 8x2 3000mhz dual channel
Video card: MSI Ventus 1660 XS OC
Power Supply: Cooler Master Masterlite 700W

It could be the latest update of Nvidia. I have the same problem with my RTX 2070 Super. I've tried many things, but unfortunately haven't found a solution yet. Maybe we have to wait for new update.

I would think it would be the HDD with the bad sectors as well. Too many could cause your Windows OS to not even run properly

Also when I tested a friends GPU to see if he had a problem, I had and explained 580 and he had a 1060 6gb, which did better than the rx580 so it might be the HDD

But before switching graphics card fps drop was less than that. How can I know if there is no problem with the graphics card? I bought it on amazon. And how can i disable HDD without unplugging?
