FPS DROP//csgo help

I just built a pc last week and recently when ive been playing csgo my fps drops from 300 to 180ish and goes back up and down,etc ,sometimes it happens when theres a smoke near by other times its just random like when im in spawn
PC Specs:
MSI gtx960 4gb oc
AMD FX 8350
ASUS M5 A97 LE R2.o
Windows 8
1TB WD BLUE
HYPERX black 2x4 ram
212 evo cpu cooler

Lucky you fam, I get 50 FPS on csgo with a 1gb card and quad core processor with 8 gb ddr3
