I've search the internet before posting this and all I found was people with overheating issues. I don't think this is my issue because I've been monitoring my computer temps for a few weeks and the temps showing are normal temps.
FX-8350 4.00Ghz (idle temp: ~40 c /// stress temp: 60 - 65 c)
R9 270x 2Gb Club 3D 14' (idle: ~30 c /// stress: ~70c) (driver: 15.7.1)
970a-g43 MSI (idle: ~50 c /// stress: 65 - 75 c)
8gb ram 1600mhz
Western Digital Blue 1Tb 7200rpm 64mb cache
EVGA 750 B2
So like I said, those temps haven't really changed. I had no FPS drops and now, all of the sudden, I'm experiencing some in every games I tried with no major change in temps, drivers, hardware, etc. And the worst thing, is that those FPS drop are random: I could look at a overpopulated without any issues, then I look at a wall or the pause menu and the FPS randomly drop.
I often clean my PC, I formatted it not long ago (went from W7 to W10 then to W7 again with clean install everytime) and I changed my PSU (Master Cooler 725 EX2).
