FPs drop in games

Hello

I'm currently having an issue of halved frames per second in almost all games, specifically Guild wars 2 and Grand theft auto 5, my temperatures are normal, i have reinstalled all games and drivers but still no results.. This issue is persisting since i installed Gta5.

I have a
Gtx 670 zotac amp
i5-3570 (non k)
8 gbs of 1600 mhz ram
and a b75m gl motherboard.

It's not the drivers, it's not the components overheating.. What could it be? Please help 🙁

Try running a good antivirus or malware program it could be part of your problem. Also what all is running when you are trying to run these games??? MSCONFIG CAN find this out for you and shut off not needed programs.

Do you have any of them in mind? (free if possible)
I don't visit any shady sites, and i sure as hell don't download anything i'm not 100% certian it's safe..

I'm not running anything i haven't run before, things like skype, steam, origin, gforce experience..

i would also like to note that my gpu usage stays at 70% at all times, running or not running the games, except for when i boot up the PC, but after i play a game it stays like that.

If u have a significant drop in all of them then I would recommend to use your warranty card!

The only games causing this are Guild wars 2 and Grand theft auto 5.. black ops 3 runs smoothly, so does The Witcher 3
