FPS drop in some games

My pc can run mw 2 and 3 perfectly but now my fps in those games is just like 10 - 15. I formated my pc but the issue is still there. Sniper ghost warrior was running fine after formating but now it's lagging too. Only Heroes of Newerth is running fine until now with no fps drop. plz i want to play fps games so much thanks.

my spec
Main : p5kpl-vm
chip : E2200
VGA : HD 4670
2 GB RAM
WIN XP 32 bit ( i have used win 7 ultimate before but changing to xp cause i though it could fix the problem )
my pc is old but it should run those games fine.
