Question FPS drop/stuttering with a 3900x 2070 super

• Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18
• Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280
• Storage: Crucial MX500 2 TB 2.5"
• Video Card: Asus GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB STRIX GAMING Adv OC
• Case: Thermaltake Core X71
• Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650 W 80+ Gold
• Monitor: AOC G2590PX 24.5" 1920x1080 144 Hz Monitor
• Monitor: Sceptre E248W-19203R 23.8" 1920x1080 75 Hz Monitor X2

Cpu voltage is set to 1.325, memory is set to xmp 3600, GPU is OC max power not messing with vcore. +45 +500. i run a 3 monitor setup. i have not had any issues until the last couple of days. with severe frame drops. while streaming and playing games severe studdering while trying to use streamlabs obs.

You could try turning Window Game Mode off.

Your memory running at rated speed?

All drivers including x570 chipset up to date?
I have the same issue with the 3900x as well. I've updated and turned off these things and it doesn't help. However as soon as updating the x570 chipset, it started acting super super weird. I'm using the Ryzen High Power Plan, maybe that's why?

My settings are default optimized in the BIOS.
