Question FPs Drops after a popping sound

here is the video please someone tell me what is it
My laptop was working fine before
FPS works fine at the start of the game bht after 1 or 2 Minutes this popping sound comes and my fps starts dropping

Which laptop? Brand and model
From the familiar sound it seems like you have AMD based GPU and that popping sound is indication of "Maybe" Cool and Quiet or smth from the AMD control panel.

I've simply DDU and install drivers only till AMD fixes their own crap.
