I'm currently gaming with a Ryzen 7 5700x and a RTZ 3070 Gaming trio Z.
Since today whenever i play a game my fps is terribly low. Normally on warzone i got like 100 fps (which was already low for my feeling)
but now i'm only getting 17 FPS!!
There are 2 things i did before this happened...
The solution:
In Device Manager, under Software devices, I had to disable Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator. And then reboot PC.
Though I do not know if there are unforeseen consequences with disabling this device.

My problem is that games run at 20-30 fps at most and even Minecraft runs at 15. I sometimes get very short random bursts of performance ramping up my fps to 144 or even 200 but this is very rare.
