Fps drops from around 80 to 50

So im dropping frames pretty badly. When i play overwatch and rainbow six siege i drop from 90-80 to like 50 fps. It's not thermal throttling since my neither my gpu or cpu goes over 55C. It's not drivers either since i've checked that i have the latest

Here are some specs:
EVGA GTX 970 4GB SC
Intel Core i5 3350p 3.10 Hz
8 gb ram (dont know the memory speed)
