FPS drops in every game

Hi, so i have a problem that my pc is dropping fps in every game i play: fortnite, cs:go. I need some help. Here are my pc specs:

cpu i3 8100
gpu msi gtx 1050ti
mb gigabyte b360m ds3h
psu: xfx xt 600w
ram: goodram iridium 2133mhz 2x4 gb
ssd: samsung 860evo 250gb
hdd: toshiba p300 1tb
system: windows 10 home 64bit

A game does not run at a consistent speed. Complex scenes take longer to render. Please provide more details. How many FPS are you getting ? What settings are you using ? What resolution are you running? How do you know that "your PC is dropping FPS"? what software are you using ? How fast did your games used to run at ? Have they just suddenly slowed down? What measurements do you have from before ? Have you changed components recently ?

Doesn't run consistently. Map is loading slower than it should. I play at low settings and pretty low resolution also. Fortnite 1440x1080 cs:go 1152x864.Computer is running like that after i bought it. I have a fps counter that shows me fps i get. No i didn't change components.

Those games are cpu dependent. What are your CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming? Lost performance is often due to something overheating.

40 ish degrees celsius

GPU about 50-60 degrees celsius. CPU 40ish.
