FPS Drops,lag spikes etc.

Hello guys.I've had some really bad fps drops recently, the first time it appeared was after 2 months of using my pc and i fixed it by deleting all the files in %temp%. Now i've tried deleting files in %temp%, using malware-bytes roguekiller etc, fragment disk and such things but nothing helped me. I re-installed Windows 10 and there are still frame drops. My specs : GTX 950 Windforce 2GB Graphics Card, FX-6300 3.5 GhZ, 8 GB RAM. I mean it wasn't there in the first place so i think there is not a problem with my CPU. I even turned off the cool'n'quiet. The other thing is that i have only left 2 GB on my HDD which is meant for games. So is the HDD may causing the drops? Thanks.

The only think I can think of is the Hdd, either get a new one with more space, or unistall any games, programs that you don't need any more.

If you get another disk, I would recommend a SSD, they are faster and better
