[SOLVED] FPS Drops low cpu/gpu usage

I have been playing competive fortnite for a while and i play on 200fps. its has usually dropped to 150fps and then back up but without affecting my gameplay but why? my gpu isn't being used all and cpu is around 40 percent usage. Why is my pc barely being used but cant hold solid framerate? All my temps are reasonable cpu is boosting to 3.81, I play on all low but when i turn up the settings my fps has really bad drops but after a while it is mostly stable.

Try reinstalling the gpu drivers and in the game settings set the textures to as high as possible; rest of the settings you can set as you please.
