[SOLVED] Fps drops on fortnite

Hi everyone.

I recently got the following PC:

CPU: i7 9700k
GPU: RTX 2070 8GB White Mini Galax
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz
MOBO: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Elite
PSU: Thermaltake Smart 600w
SSD: 240gb SanDisk
Water Cooler: Akasa Venon A20 Dual radiator

Since I have a 144hz monitor, I cap my fps at 160, but my fps keep dropping to 70~80 every 5~10 minutes (I only play Fortnite), while the temperatures are fine, around 55ºC both CPU and 50ºC GPU. I set manually the CPU frequency at 4.6 GHz (since I thought that was the problem, because CPUID HWMonitor was indicating that the frequency was dropping to 800mhz), but now when I'm playing, it stays at 4.6GHz and the fps drops continue. I already made the basic things to try to fix it, like setting High Performance on Power Settings, setting Performance on Nvidia Control Panel, setting high priority on task manager.
I don't know what else to do. Could someone help me, please?

I didn't build my PC myself, so I'm not sure about all the motherboard drivers, GPU driver is installed and I don't know about XMP.

Ok, someone else put it together. Are you able to ask them if the motherboard drivers are installed and up to date?
I can already see in the benchmark results that they did install the latest graphics drivers at least.

They mixed memory sticks... Do you experience any of the following during a gaming session, or any other time: freezing/crashing, stuttering, BSODs?

The SSD is running really slow... and since it's the main system drive, then that affects everything.

Plus, this is also your System Drive, and that affects it too.

So, there's almost no chance that the problem is caused by CPU or GPU, right? I was worried that possible one of them was bad.
What would you recommend? First trying a SSD with DRAM and, if the issue persists, looking for another RAM?

Both the cpu and gpu check out fine.
But, I'd say, yeah, try the SSD first:
