Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing issues with FPS drops. Let me try to explain to you when and how it occurs. As a typical scenario - while playing CS2, my FPS drops from 400FPS to 200FPS (or even less, depending on the map), sometimes randomly, sometimes depending on the situation - smoke, grenades, etc. It's very frustrating. Let me give an example with League of Legends. Initially, it starts at 400FPS, gradually decreasing as the game progresses. This is natural, but then there comes a time when, for both shorter and longer periods, it drops to 60FPS, making the game unplayable. Similar occurrences have happened to me with Hogwarts Legacy - instatly FPS drops. I think it doesn't matter which game I play.
My components:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080
RAM: Kingston FURY 32 GB KIT DDR4 3600 MHz CL18
Cooler: ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO Red
Disk: Samsung 980 1 TB NVMe M.2
Power: EVGA 850 GQ

I've tried to resolve this issue in the following ways:
- Updated BIOS to the latest version (photo of BIOS version above)
- Uninstalled/Reinstalled the latest drivers for CPU and GPU
- Since that didn't help, I tried reinstalling Windows. (I formatted the disk - clean installation)
- Installed drivers
