Hello, folks, hope all is well. I'm planning on upgrading my Rx580 4G to Vega 56 and I'm seeing that the recommended PSU is about 650w. Here in Philippines, PC components is still expensive unlike in the US so another upgrade will take a toll. I'm just wondering if my 500w PSU can still run smoothly without any problem with Vega 56 installed in it (or do I need to upgrade my PSU also?). I'm not planning on overclocking it or some sorts as my current specs are:

i5 8400 with ASUS EX h310m MOBO
Pulse Rx580 4G
2x2 HyperX Fury 8GB 2400Mhz DDR4
Seagate Barracuda 1TB and 2TB with Kingston A400 120GB SSD
5 pcs 120mm fans

I've check some reputable power supply calculator sites and it seems like all of the result is 500W PSU range.
Will my PC run?

Thanks!

Hmm...
This one is a bit to low quality I would say as it doesn't give the 12v rail all of the 500w
The vega56 alone at stock frequencies will hit 260 to 300w
Give the cpu 100w budget (even though it's a 65w part) another 20w for the motherboard and ram and you get pretty close to max the 12v rail
So it could be enough but I personally would not risk it as one small spike could get you above max
