Hi All,

Is there any way to see or monitor the FPS in any browser while playing any online video ?

i just want to know how many fps the video is playing inside the browser.

any software or tool?

No
unless you have a REALLY low end pc, any sort of modernish (10 years-today old pc...) should be able to play 1080p video, and most videos on the web are either 24, 30 or 60 fps.
