Fps in Csgo

Hey,
I'm thinking about buying a cheap PC that I found online and was wondering if it could properly run Csgo since it fits my really tight budget. The specs are:
CPU: i3 2100 @3,1ghz
Ram: 8gb DDR3 @1333mhz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7350
HDD: 500gb
How many fps can I expect for this particular build at low settings?

Expect 60-120, during normal 5v5 , with smokes expect dips around 30.
But we cannot say how much fps you will get, but surley it will be around 60.
My C2Q had 60-110 on low settings 1600x900 and dips to 20 in smoke.

Additional question:
What kind of effect would an 120gb SSD have in that build concerning load times, fps etc. ? And would it be worth the money ?

For csgo, not much, and loading times in csgo are not important, since youre playing match in one go.
Hdd is sufficient in short.
If you are recording then i would go for ssd since if you have game on one hdd or ssd the recording should not be written to hdd/ssd with game.
