Question fps in warzone

my fps avr in warzone is 100, it doesnt matter if i go on low settings or ultra ray tracing, the fps is always around 100 (85-130).
why is that a thing, cuz im forced to play on ultra since comp settings cant give me good fps.

i tried these benchmarks:
RendererWorkerCount=RWC

RWC:5_____fps117-125 comp settings
RWC:12____fps98-108 comp settings (stutter)
RWC:4_____fps117-125 comp settings <-------6%better
RWC:4_____fps107-116 ultra max <-------

so that's the question, why do people online get about 20% better fps in comp settings and i get only 6% ?

cuz half the time their pc is already overclocked as well
