I got an fps problem on my laptop that I play with on a LG 4k tv 120hz, my specs are decent enough ti deliver at least a 100 fps on 800x600 but still delivers 70 fps on the lowest settings possible
My specs are :
Drivers are updated and everything that has the power on it is set to maximum performance (nvidia and power plan)
I monitored the task manager and the cpu is around 30% most of the time and the gpu is around ~50%
I tried to oc the gpu as well but still the same results ... help me !

- 8gb ddr3 laptop ram at 1600mhz
- nvidia geforce gt 740m (1gb vram)
- win 10 64bit pro
