Question FPS increases when I close the Nvidia Container Application.

I have a very strange problem, guys, I hope you can help me. When I close the NVIDIA Container application from the services.msc section, I can get smooth and high fps in all games, but this time the brightness setting of the laptop is disabled, so I cannot adjust the brightness. But when the NVIDIA Container application is open, I get low fps in all games and stuttering problems start, serious fps drops and I become unable to play games. How can I solve this problem. I deleted all my drivers and reinstalled the updated video card drivers, but it still didn't work. I did various tests on the system, but I saw that there was no problem, the temperatures are quite normal, but I could not solve it, can you help me? If I can't find a solution, I think I will have to reset the system as a last resort.
