So basically, I'm experiencing low FPS in games such as warzone, gta v and such high end games. And I don't know if it's because of my RAM or my CPU. I'm sure it's a bottleneck tho I get around 60-70fps in warzone with normal settings and it stutters a LOT.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU : RTX 3070 Overclocked
Memory : 16GB 1200mhz ( It's 3 sticks, 2x 4GB sticks and 1x 8GB stick. The 8gb and 4gb are different models.)
PSU : 750W
Motherboard : Prime B350 Plus
Windows 10.

I'm using a HDD for my games.

your memory setup is definitely not helping anything.
how are you running it at only 1200MHz?
most DDR4 systems default to 2666MHz.

and you should never mix sets of RAM.
even if they function together you may experience serious performance issues due to them not properly syncing data and other instability issues.

that CPU isn't helping either.
not really recommended for a gaming system.

I don't know in my BIOS it said that all 3 cards are running at 2400MHZ but 🤷‍♂️ . I'll be buying new 3200MHZ sticks though hopefully it'll fix it.
