Hello, I have a problem when I play games. Whenever I play any game I have high fps but I have fps lags.

For example: I have high fps (100-300fps) but I still have lags (every second almost) (like from 300 to 10fps)

I do not know what it is. Please help me.

My laptop spec's:
cpu: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-4702MQ CPU @ 2.20Ghz (also its older)
cpu running around 3ghz when playing games or when making something in high apps.
gpu: 1) AMD Radeon HD 8750m (2gb i think)
           2) Intel HD Graphics 4600
Both gpu's good for gaming low games like csgo, cs: s, cs1.6, minecraft and others.
RAM: 8gb

When I play games in small resolution (800x600) Games are running smoothly (mostly) But sometimes I have micro lags

When playing games at a higher resolution than the 800x600 games they chop every minute, they lag every second. (almost)

(In cs1.6 and minecraft not, at all games yes)

why? please help.

Solution
If the cpu/gpu is hitting beyond @80°C, the laptop will thermal throttle the cpu/gpu clock speeds to prevent damage. It'll do this by cutting wattage, you'll go from 3GHz to 1.8GHz etc and fps will tank.

It's a laptop, at anything close to 99°C it's cooking, and whether a portable cooler-fan plate helps or not it most definitely will not hurt anything but your wallet. Once temps are sorted, if you still have issues, it's somewhere else.
my temp of cpu: 70-99°C
my temp of gpu: 70-99°C

I have usage under 70% of cpu, gpu, hdd anytime.

i dont know what i need to do, i think may be good when i buy some portable cooler for laptops. but i dont know if this help.
