fps less than 144hz

I always get 80fps in csgo so I got screen tearing now on my 60hz monitor.I want to buy a new one with 144hz.What will happen if I have 80fps only with 144hz monitor.

It will screen tear far far less as the 80fps your GPU puts out won't be limited to the 60 fps performance of the monitor. It should be very smooth, however without using a feature like gsync or freesync, it won't be perfect.

You can easily get rid of screen tearing by enabling VSYNC. That will lock your GPU to 60 fps, if it has de power to stay above them.

As for your question, what will happen is that you will get screen tearing too (less than what you have now), unless you have a FreeSync (for AMD GPUs) or G-Sync (for Nvidia) monitor.
