Hello, I'm a streamer and it's very important to me that my fps be 60. I did this using the "refresh rate" setting, I set it to 60, turn on vsync, and when I'm racing, I just turn off vsync or switch to 144hz and after the race I turn it back to 60.
Until 2 days ago, everything worked normally, but now the situation is different, when I set GTA Online to 60, it goes to 61 or 62, and so the image on the stream is blurry, the same thing happens with RageMP, and in FiveM the situation is even worse, regardless of the options I set, the fps worked as if I had turned off vsync, or set the fps to 144.
I'll say right away that my games are in full screen, I turned on vsync in every mode, I also turned on vsync in the nvidia control panel.
And I'll note that it's very important to me to get this working the way it was, I know I can lock the game via Riviatunner or Nvidia Control Panel, that works, but that's not my goal, because I need the option back to be able to change the Hz or FPS, whatever, according to the situation, I don't want to have to turn the game off and on based on in-game events.
