Solution
1)Cpu + gpu load thermals?
In many scenarios, that H60 is not adequate for a 10700K. You went too small there.

2)Motherboard chipset, sata, lan, and audio drivers updated?

3)Monitor plugged into the gpu?

4)In the bios: PCIe Link Speed is set to Gen 3?

5)In bios: XMP was enabled?

6)Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings. Power management mode is set to either Adaptive or Max Performance?

7)IF this is not a fresh build: After you carried over your C drive, did you clean install Windows?

Hi again,

CPU and GPU termal is around 60 and 70

The monitor is plugged in the GPU

Motherboard chipset, sata, lan, and audio drivers are updated .

Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings. Power management mode is set to either Adaptive or Max Performance = Yes

I will have to check the rest of them:

In the bios: PCIe Link Speed is set to Gen 3?
In bios: XMP was enabled?
IF this is not a fresh build: After you carried over your C drive, did you clean install Windows?

Yes, I probably needed a more powerful cooler.
