FPS Settings Questions

Does it matter if I put v sync on but have unlimited frame rate on at the same time?

Or what should I be doing?

if your ingame 'unlimited framerate' is enabled and you enable vsync, it will only render 60 FPS on a 60hz monitor 144 FPS on a 144hz monitor etc.. etc..

Vsync removes tears but adds input latency and micro stuttering.

most people play vsync off especailly on first person shooters.
