When running this or any other benchmark what is the gpu temperature?

I turned my fan to 100% dropped the temp down to 39C and ran it, still bad results.

39c is way to low while running a benchmark. Was that during and not a second or 2 after? What is the gpu % usage while running the benchmark? It sounds like the gpu isn’t being utilised.

Sorry for the late reply, I have bought a more powerful PSU and installed it, turns out it is not a shortage of power and the GPU usage is at 100% most of the time.
