Today i got my new computer and when i was gonna try its performance ,in every game i get the same framerate with the lowest resolution and quality settings than with the highest.
In csgo i get the 120fps constant with drops to 60 when running 1080p all max and when i switch to a 1024 x 768 with everything on lowest, i get 130 fps with drops to 60 (i disabled v-sync and set fps_max 0"
On unturned i get 60 constant with high or lowest possible settings.
I was thinking it could be that the integrated graphics card of the processor is being used instead of the gtx1050 since when i go into the nvidia control panel i cant change the color or the digital vibrance i only allows me to do that on the intel control panel.
My computer specs:
Windows® 10 Original (64Bits)
Intel® Core™ i7-7700T 2.9ghz
RAM 8GB (4GB*2) DDR4 2400MHz
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX1050

Thanks for helping and sorry for bothering.

Solution
AiO systems are a mess sometimes your CPU is a T variant clocked very low so that it uses less power, your 1050 is not the ti version also less power and less performance, the power supply is probably a very weak unit and since it's probably all in a very small case temps are going to limit performance as well.

Don't give us average temps but maximums while playing, also don't forget the CPU cores temps,if you put a game into windowed mode you can run core temp and GPU-z in a corner and keep an eye on those.
